Doctor's Degrees Programs


Program Description: The program is under College of Business Administration, with 12 professors and 17 associate professors, over 10 of whom got PhD degrees. 10 scientific research projects have been done at the national level and 20 projects at the provincial level.

Research Fields:
Enterprise Management Theory and Methodology The research focuses on three key fields: 1) oriental management, with a perfect combination of oriental and Western management ideologies and theories; 2) research on enterprise management theories and practice, say, asymmetric information theories and decision making; 3) research on industrial-and-commercial -oriented enterprises and public enterprises.

Entrepreneur and Human Resources Management The research field combines oriental and western cultures and management theories, institutions and personality, intellectual property right and ideology, which aims to establish a new theory concerning entrepreneur role, personality and initiative management. The research emphasizes on initiativeness and strategy of human resource management and leadership.

Enterprise Administration and Strategic Management The research focuses on modern enterprise theory so as to study enterprise administration and strategic management problems. The present research is mainly carried out as follows: (1) the nature and function of enterprise ;(2) enterprise management based on entrust theory; (3) enterprise management based on interest-related theory; (4) regional enterprise strategic management; (5) enterprise competitive strategy based on industry organization; (6) state-owned capital management state-owned enterprise management;(7) comprehensive evaluation of enterprise achievement.

Enterprise Management Informationization and Decision-support System The research field mainly centers the following key areas: 1) internet-oriented enterprise management and informationalization as well as visional enterprise construction, including enterprise resource planning ERP, supply chain management SCM and custom relation management CRM etc.; 2) the optimization of enterprise decision making and realization techniques, including decision support system theory and realization, digital corpus and digital excavation, and analysis of internet information and so on; 3) e-commerce and modern logistic management theory and practice.

Program Description: The overall aim of the program is to equip students with a solid and broad foundation in economic theories and help them to acquire a good command of essential methods of Quantitative Economics and Statistics and to obtain systematic and profound specialized knowledge in this field. This program is designed to raise students¡¯ awareness of putting theory into practice and require students to analyze economic issues in the society comprehensively through collecting statistics so as to enhance their ability of abstracting economic quantitative models from complicated economic relations, and to improve their proficiency of engaging in high-level practical statistical work.

Research Fields:
Social Economic Statistical Methods and its Application Research: This research field is oriented to theories, methods and application of statistics from the perspective of quantitative analysis of social economic issues, which fully demonstrates the subject character of dualism of social economic statistics: applied statistics and applied economics. This field peculiarly features research on sampling techniques and its application.

Management Statistical Methods and its Application Research: This research field focuses on statistical methods and their application from the perspective of economic management and corporate management. Theoretically it devotes to research on multicriteria comprehensive evaluation theory and statistical decision; while practically the emphasis is laid upon various kinds of comprehensive evaluation practice, project feasibility study and decision-making activities. This field peculiarly features research on comprehensive evaluation and statistical decision methods and its application.

Probability Statistical Methods and its Application Research: This research field, by utilizing probability statistics methods, aims to provide directions for future actions on the basis of information analysis and statistical selecting. Statistical tools, techniques and the methods involved mainly include nonparametric statistical methods, reliability analysis, random fractal calculation and system engineering process.
